Front and side air bags warning light

This orange lamp is the air bag symbol on your instrument panel. It comes on for a few seconds when you switch on the ignition. If it comes on with the engine running, together with a warning sound and a message on the multi-function display, there is a fault in the air bags.
What to do:
- Contact a PEUGEOT dealer.
If You're Not Sure
If you are not sure what a lamp is telling you, check the message on the multi-function display and your handbook. If the handbook advises it, contact a PEUGEOT dealer, and if anything feels wrong while you are driving, stay calm and stop somewhere safe.
Orange lamps are easy to ignore, but knowing what each one means helps you look after your Peugeot 206 CC and react the right way when one comes on.
