What we collect
Information you send. The contact form asks for your name, email address and message, so we can reply.
Information recorded automatically. The host may log your IP address, browser type, device, the pages you view, and the date and time. This keeps the Site working and secure.
Cookies. Strictly necessary cookies run the basics. Advertising cookies are used only with consent, as described below. Details are on the cookie policy: /cookie-policy/
We do not ask for sensitive data. We do not sell your contact details.
Google AdSense and advertising cookies
The Site is funded by advertising from Google AdSense. The publisher ID is ca-pub-5937846717208548.
- Third party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visit to this Site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Ads Settings: https://adssettings.google.com
- You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at https://www.aboutads.info/choices and, in Europe, https://www.youronlinechoices.eu/
- How Google uses information from sites that use its services: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
- Advertising cookies are usually associated with doubleclick.net or a Google domain. Google's cookie list: https://business.safety.google/adscookies/
For visits from the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, personalized advertising cookies are not written until you choose Accept on the consent banner. You can withdraw that choice at any time from the "Privacy settings" link. If you decline, you will not get personalized ads. Non-personalized ads can still use cookies for frequency capping, fraud prevention and aggregated measurement, and those uses need consent too.
The Site does not use Google Analytics. The older policy mentioned it. If analytics is added later, this policy will be updated before any analytics cookie is set.
The older policy also mentioned Facebook, Twitter and YouTube plugins. Those plugins are not part of this Site. If an embedded video is added later, it will load only after you ask for it.

|---|---|---|
| Replying to your message | Name, email, message | Legitimate interests (answering you) |
| Running and securing the Site | Technical logs | Legitimate interests |
| Personalized advertising | Cookie IDs, device and usage data | Consent |

Recipients. The hosting provider. Google, as the advertising partner, if you consent to advertising cookies. A public authority if the law requires it. No other ad network is used.
Transfers. Google and the host may process data outside the UK and the EEA, including in the United States. Where UK GDPR or EU GDPR requires a safeguard, the transfer relies on the provider's UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention. Contact messages are kept until the reply is done, then for up to 12 months. Host logs are kept for a short period set by the host. Cookie lifetimes are those on Google's list. Withdrawing consent stops new advertising cookies from that point.
Your rights. If UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies to you, you can ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, and a copy of data you provided. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent at any time. You can complain to the ICO (https://ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/) or to your local EEA authority. None of these rights is absolute. Send requests to info@peugeotguide.com.
United States. We do not sell or share your contact details for cross-context behavioural advertising. The Ads Settings link above is the control for Google's ad personalization.
Children
The Site is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect their personal information. If we learn that we have, we will delete it. Write to info@peugeotguide.com.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes. If advertising or cookies change, the policy is updated before the new practice starts.
