Consent and refusal
The first layer of the banner says that ads may be personalized. Reject all is as visible as Accept all. The choice is stored by a Google-certified consent platform that uses the IAB TCF. Consent Mode keeps ad_storage, ad_personalization and ad_user_data off until you accept.
Change your mind from "Privacy settings" in the footer. You can also delete cookies in the browser. Blocking all cookies can stop the site remembering the refusal.
