Terms of Use

Last updated: 18 October 2026

These terms apply to your use of peugeotguide.com, which is run by the operator of Peugeot Guide. Using the Site means you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use the Site.

The older terms sent disputes to the courts of New York. That sentence came from a template. It was not a court the operator had chosen, and it is not used here.

Information and independence

The guides are general information. The disclaimer is part of these terms: /disclaimer/

Peugeot Guide is not affiliated with Peugeot or Stellantis.

Intellectual property

Unless a page says otherwise, the text and the design belong to the operator or are used with permission. You may read, link, and print for personal use. You may not copy a whole guide and sell it. A short quotation with a link back is fine.

If you believe a page infringes your rights, use /contact-us/ and say which URL and which work.

Advertising and other sites

The Site shows Google ads. An advertised product is not an endorsement. The operator is not responsible for the content of outside sites, including handbook sites the guides link to.

Acceptable use

Do not try to break the Site, break into it, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for loss that comes from relying on the Site. Nothing here removes liability that the law does not allow to be removed, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes. Continuing to use the Site means you accept the updated terms.

Which law

These terms do not choose a city or a court. Mandatory consumer rules in your own country still apply. If a dispute has to be decided, the mandatory rules of the country where the operator lives are also taken into account.
